And so too this continues. Here, a copy of the marketing page for the
Chicago Trump Tower, scheduled for completion late 2008. The first few
floors have just commenced, as I saw from the Chicago River in July.
The high land price is driving events into very obvious repetitions as
per all other cycles. The only thing left to happen in a year or three
is the downturn. Doesn't mean it has to happen, but events look eerily
similar any way you look at it.
