Here is a company emerging from a recent major rationalisation: losses over 1997/98 - clearly shown by the downtrend. A process of accumulation appears to be taking place now. Accumulation refers to shares of a company being exchanged - bought and sold, whilst the price trends sideways.

Of course the price from here could breakout out upwards or downwards, but at these low levels, risk seems limited now. Analysis of fundamentals via company annual report seem appropriate, though at present, since there is no dot.com involved, it is a long term charting pattern.
