Please refer to the posting "Hartec 16/9/00". Attached is an updated chart showing that Hartec has now come back to sit on 22 cents. Notice also how 22 cents just happens to also be the midpoint of the last range up (15 cents - 29 cents). As outlined in the 16/9/00 article, 22 cents is historically an important level for this stock. Keep your eye's firmly on this one for now.
